The Boston Cyclists Union is helping Bostonians lead healthier lives by promoting the everyday use of the bicycle for transportation. Among other things, we repair bikes, educate new riders, and organize neighborhood residents who would like to voice support for friendlier street designs, bike paths, and public spaces.

For individuals and civic and business leaders committed to sustainability, Green Streets Initiative is the volunteer organization that celebrates car-light transportation with concrete, inclusive and engaging programs which inspire healthy lifestyles and thriving communities. We are best known for creating Greater Boston's Walk/Ride Days, and the annual Walk/Ride Day Corporate Challenge.

LivableStreets Alliance is an advocacy organization that enables people to think differently and demand a transportation system that balances transit, walking, and biking with automobiles. LivableStreets promotes safe, convenient, and affordable transportation in urban Boston making our community more connected and more livable for everyone.

Longwood Area Cyclists is a diverse group of people who bike to work and school in the Longwood Medical and Academic Area.The first Longwood Cyclists Summit was held on August 7, 2015 in response to the growing increase of cyclists in the Longwood Area. Sadly that was also the same day that Anita Kurmann, a Swiss endocrinologist and thyroid surgeon, was killed while bicycling to the Longwood Area. As a member of the Massachusetts Vision Zero Coalition, the Longwood Area Cyclist group is committed to working with MASCO and the City of Boston to meet its goal of zero traffic deaths and fatalities by 2030.

The Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition (MassBike) promotes a bicycle-friendly environment and encourages bicycling for fun, fitness and transportation.

Safe Roads Alliance was formed in 2006 as a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting safer driving. Safe Roads provides educational services to all drivers on different aspects of driving safety, including: issues confronting teen drivers, older drivers, seat belt usage, and Distracted Driving.

StreetsPAC MASS is dedicated to highlighting the central impact Massachusetts' streets have on the health, economic vitality, resilience and sustainability of the Commonwealth's communities. We believe our streets should serve as a civic platform to advance our proud history of innovation. Our advocacy prioritizes streets as a shared resource, and is motivated by the fact that our sidewalks, roadways and plazas account for a majority of all public space in our cities and towns. StreetsPAC MASS seeks to support and elect public officials at the state and local levels who are committed to our purpose.

We advocate for transportation funds to be spent fairly and responsibly, for transportation decisions that are transparent and accountable, and to ensure that our transportation network has sufficient resources to meet tomorrow's needs all throughout the commonwealth.
